At SLOW HOME, we believe in the "slow home" philosophy—creating spaces with intention, quality, and care. We want you to love your cushions as much as we loved making them. If your purchase isn't quite right for your sanctuary, we are here to help.
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your cushions must be:

In their original, unused condition.

Free from pet hair, scents (perfume/smoke), or stains.

In the original packaging (where possible).
How to Start a Return

Contact Us: Send an email to hello@curtainmakercornwall.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Ship It Back: Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.

Refund Processing: After we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping Costs

Change of Mind: For standard returns, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your cushion arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label and send a replacement at no extra cost to you.

In the spirit of slow living and reducing our environmental footprint, we encourage you to double-check measurements and colors before purchasing. If you are unsure about a fabric or hue, feel free to reach out to us for more details or photos before placing your order.
